Easy Accessible Care
Meeting you where you're at .... it's that simple. Except for an initial visit for a comprehensive lactation consult, it's a single flat fee, whatever your issue is. Use the time how you need.​

Initial Home Visit: This visit is for a thorough lactation consult for newborns, persistent issues and problems, getting off to a good start. Consists of full clinical lactation intake, weighted feeds, problem solving and goal setting. It generally lasts 2 hours: $325

Hourly Rate: This visit can be for any issues that are shorter info sessions, or follow ups from an initial visit. Have a question about pumping? Concerns about milk supply? Wondering about solid foods? Wanting to wean at night for an older baby? Let's talk! $150

Telehealth, Virtual: Some visits don't require hands on, in person care. Many questions can be answered via a Facetime call. Get the help you need while staying comfy at home. $150/hour

Sleep Support: Perhaps you're looking for new ways to think about sleep, night time parenting and ways you might change things up. I offer a 20 bullet point "questionnaire" that will help you focus what works and what doesn't. I send you the questionnaire in advance, you fill it out, and w/an hourly rate we review and go over. I do not believe in crying it out! I do believe there are tools and strategies that can make nighttime more restful and provide improved sleep for ALL family members. $150/hour

Pump Use, Fitting & Bottle Feeding: If you're looking for help knowing if your pump is working for you, introducing bottles & best practices for paced bottle feeding this is for you. $150/hour

Postpartum Care: I worked for 20 years as a birth and postpartum doula. And while I don't go to births any more, or contract for long packages, I do offer single day & short contract postpartum care packages - one (or split over two) days, 5 hours, spent with you mentoring and providing you comfort during your immediate newborn days. This is a great gift for new families who just want a day or two help in adjusting to life with new baby. Breast & bottle feeding guidance, nursery and feeding station set ups, swaddling & holding baby in different positions, bathing, guppy hold & massage for helping with gas & digestion, pump fitting. I'm happy to negotiate a specific visit to meet your needs. 5 hour package: $650
